Sales Development Representative – SDR

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate qualified customer leads that our Business Development teams can nurture into sales opportunities. The SDR will mine data from sources like Hubspot, Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and conduct outbound sales efforts via phone, email and social media. The SDR plays a vital role in the sales process by partnering with the internal marketing team and our external wholesalers and retailers to obtain leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. An SDR must acquire a foundational understanding of PFSbrands’ food programs and products to ensure they are able to answer any questions they may encounter during the lead qualification process. Developing sales techniques and automation processes are important parts of the job, and research skills are paramount to search for potential customers. Resiliency, a teachable temperament and being naturally curious are critical attributes an applicant must possess in order to excel in this role.
