Complete and submit the lead form with retailers you know that meet all of the qualifications.
BASIS FOR REFERRAL CASH
Our Business Developer will determine if the potential customer is a good fit for one of our programs.
AMOUNT OF REFERAL $$$
You will earn the following BONUS based upon the program level your referral store signs up for:
- $100 for License: Cooper’s, Wingman, and Hot Mex Express.
- $200-$300 for Franchise: Champs Chicken, Hangar 54 Pizza, and BluTaco.
TIMING & METHOD OF PAYOUT
The referral bonus earned will be reported to and paid to you, the retailer, within 45 days of the store opening.
The responsibility for completing a W-9 and submitting it to PFSbrands is yours. W-9 forms must be on file for us to send you your cash, so don’t wait!
