Sales Development Leader-SDL
PFSbrands is growing and looking for an ambitious, outgoing individual who is up to the challenge of leading the inside sales team. The Sales Development Leader (SDL) will lead all aspects of the inside sales program and coach the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team on day-to-day job functions. The SDL will be responsible for ensuring all sales leads are properly qualified and efficiently assigned to the Business Development team to assist it in reaching sales goals. It is critical that the candidate for this role is able to establish strong rapport with key internal and external executives; as well as nurture positive relationships with potential customers. Experience with inbound marketing-based selling is a plus, but motivated, quick learners will also excel.
