Customer Success Representative – Field Operations

PFSbrands is looking to add a Customer Success Representative to our growing team! This position will be responsible for the successful relationship with new and existing PFS customers as it relates to Field Operations. This position will directly interact and communicate with a large number of customers during different stages of their business. The primary focus should be on customer satisfaction and success which will facilitate company growth. This position will work closely with the Customer Success Leader – Field Operations position and other Customer Success Representatives. This position must remain flexible in order to best support our customers in all time zones across the country.

Regional Business Developer – Pennsylvania

Production Operator

The Production Operator is accountable for operating and maintaining equipment in a factory environment. This individual is responsible for weighing, blending, packing, and palletizing finished product. Other responsibilities include adhering to all safety guidelines, cleaning & sanitization of equipment, quality standards/procedures, continuous improvement, housekeeping, 5 S’s and Good Manufacturing Practices.
